Cancellation Policy
At Vivid Vibes, your appointment is very important to us. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. To best serve all of our clients and respect our time, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to the following cancellation policy:
💬 Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Cancellations or reschedules require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
• Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 48 hours in advance will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the booked service total.
• No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service total and may result in limited future booking access.
💳 Deposits
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all extension and color appointments. This deposit will be applied to your total at checkout.
• If you cancel with proper notice (48+ hours), the deposit can be transferred to your rescheduled appointment once.
• Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a forfeited deposit.
🕐 Late Arrivals
• If you arrive more than 25 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a cancellation fee may apply.
• Please communicate any delays as soon as possible.
💖 Respect for Everyone’s Time
Late cancellations and no-shows take away the opportunity for another guest to receive services. Your understanding and cooperation help us maintain a positive and professional salon environment.
